Two Day Mounted Clinic
A mentally challenging series of mounted riding clinics designed to promote positivity, caring about confidence, and focusing focus through decreasing uncertainties, inadequacies, and obstructions; apprehension, interruptions, and analysis paralysis. Mounted clinics are as fun as they are inspirational and always include a question and answer session, a sport psychology seminar, and either a frame-by-frame video analysis or rider fitness bootcamp.
Join me and learn how to build mindful minds, fruitful focus, and better bodies. Each time I’m asked to teach, I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to mold minds and build bodies and I would love the opportunity to teach your riders too!
Two Day Biomechanics Clinic
A physically challenging 2 days filled with great biomechanics insights surrounded by compliments to your riding abilities to prime your mind. Riders will ride their horses over two days to gain a better understanding of their physical riding on the flat and over fences to promote confidence, competence, and physical capability. The first day will include mounted exercises designed to be analyzed on video. The second day will start with a biomechanics seminar and some video sharing and conclude with mounted exercises. Biomechanics clinics always include mounted exercises for video analysis, a video analysis review, a biomechanics seminar, and a rider fitness bootcamp.
Join me and elevate your biomechanics to the next level by engaging in frame-by-frame video analysis to improve your form and function. Each time I am asked to teach a biomechanics clinic, I feel so privileged to be able to provide other equestrians with insights to unlocking their greatest potential in equestrian sport.
One or Two Day Rider Fitness Bootcamp
Another physically challenging day or two of exercises designed to elevate, enable, and excel rider confidence through physical fitness, competence, and capability. Riders will participate unmounted, but at the barn, in effort to promote rider fitness while preparing to or concluding riding. Riders have enough to do without going to yet another venue to workout. Let’s work together to create a barn culture where exercising in the barn aisle is commonplace and encouraged, not stared at and wondered about. Learn how to make your barn your gym and barn-mates your workout buddies over an action-packed couple of days where we work hard to play hard. All rider fitness bootcamps include workouts that can be done solo or in pairs or teams at the barn, a rider fitness seminar, and rider wellness exercises.

Having a problem that is as unique as you are? No worries! Want to chat about something just you and me? Not a problem! Sometimes we can all use some time with coach to discuss the things we’re experiencing. Athletes who experience analysis paralysis, freak-outs, anxiety, or fears can benefit from private performance positivity coaching. Private phone and zoom consulting sessions can be booked as a series of three, six, or nine 45-minute coaching sessions, or as a single hour-long session.

Sports Psychology Seminars over Coffee or Booze
Sometimes we all need a less formal outlet for our emotions, and that’s what coffee and booze sessions are for! Pick your favorite beverage or meal and book a two hour sports psychology seminar and Q&A with me for yourself, your team, your family, or a great group of friends! Have as many people as will fit in the cafe or coffee house or just a table full. Course Cafe rates are based on time and travel.
Private Practice
Want me in the ring, in the arena, in the water, on the mountain, on the floor, on the court, or on the field? A private practice is just what you’re looking for! Not intended to replace your daily coaching roster or routine, private practice is designed to bring positivity into practice: literally! Private practice is great for individual athletes, partnerships, and teams. I’m willing to work with athletes and their open-minded coaches, or just athletes. Private practice rates are based on time and travel.

Fitness, Feelings, and Focus
In this fabulous and fascinating online workshop series participants explore their feelings about fitness and focus. We all have feelings that color the way we do, see, compete, and experience our sport and fitness training. Learn how to accept and elevate your feelings about performance. Like my other online learning experiences, this series has handouts and homework that accompanies each of the six workshops. These workshops are great for athletes, coaches, and parents alike.
