Two Day Pressure Proof Clinics
A powerfully engaging series of team building clinics carefully crafted to improve individual confidence, concentration, and certainty combined with team trust, tenacity, and tractability; camaraderie, communication, and cooperation all aimed at decreasing individual and team fears, failures, and frustrations. Field sports clinics are as entertaining as they are educational and beneficial. Clinics always include hands-on sport-specific team building games, a question and answer session, and a sports psychology seminar. Team sports clinics can also include sport-specific fitness boot camps.

One or Two Day Sport Specific Fitness Boot Camps:
A physically challenging day or two of sport specific exercises designed to elevate, enable, and excel athlete confidence through physical fitness, competence, and capability. Athletes will participate where they practice (on the mountain, at the gym, on the beach, at the park, on the boat, etc.) topromote athlete fitness while on practice site. Individual athletes spend more time than anyone honing their craft, why add going to the gym when the workout can be done before and after practice? Learn how to make your practice site your gym and peers, coaches, and parents your workout buddies over an action-packed couple of days where we work hard to play hard. All fitness bootcamps include workouts that can be done solo or in pairs, an athlete fitness seminar, and athlete wellness exercises.

Two Day Sport Specific Biomechanics Clinics
A physically engaging 2 days filled with great biomechanics insights surrounded by compliments to your sporting abilities to prime your mind. Athletes will engage in their sport over two days to gain a better understanding of their physicality while sporting to promote confidence, competence, and physical capability. The first day will include exercises designed to be analyzed on video. The second day will start with a biomechanics seminar and some video sharing and conclude with more exercises. Biomechanics clinics always include exercises for video analysis, a video analysis review, a biomechanics seminar, and an athlete fitness bootcamp.
Join me and elevate your biomechanics to the next level by engaging in frame-by-frame video analysis to improve your form and function! Each time I am asked to teach a biomechanics clinic, I feel ecstatic to be able to provide other athletes with insights to unlock their greatest potential in sport.

Having a problem that is as unique as you are? No worries! Want to chat about something just you and me? Not a problem! Sometimes we can all use some time with coach to discuss the things we’re experiencing. Athletes who experience analysis paralysis, freak-outs, anxiety, or fears can benefit from private performance positivity coaching. Private phone and zoom consulting sessions can be booked as a series of three, six, or nine 45-minute coaching sessions, or as a single hour-long session.

In this fabulous and fascinating online workshop series participants explore their feelings about fitness and focus.
